Education- as important as it is, it has never been served round to reach the children of the under priviledged.
I have heard of several policies on Education some say free education, some say interactive education, some compulsory education but of all what will be considered the best form of education? the free? the interactive? the compulsory?
During my posting to a community school in Ebonyi as a youth corp member on the National Youth Service, where education was meant to be free and... ( lees verder)
